Truth be told, there is a natural sacred elixir that replenishes the light body at this time.

Midlifer, you do so much— Kids, pets, jobs, health. So in this class, by all means, do you. You don’t need to be seen (turn off screen share) but also feel free to be seen, we love a real life moment!! All is welcome. Authentic.

Note : Class will sometimes involve kinesthetic learning (somatic exercises, writing, deep meditating, questions involving certain ages inside memory lane) as well as visual and auditory learning. Don’t be shy ask questions, either!
